Hi, friends! I know hand-poked tattoos are no longer the norm, and so naturally, they inspire many questions. My practice is sanitary and sterile, and over the last 9 years, I've cultivated a technique which promotes easy healing and longevity! I use only organic, vegan inks, to avoid as much potential for irritation as possible.
You'd think hand-poked tattoos would hurt a lot more than machine tattoos do, but most of my clients express surprise at how little pain they feel. Some people compare it to acupuncture, but of course each location is unique. If you're unsure about where you'd like your tattoo or concerned about pain, we can always do a few ink-free test pokes :)
If you are considering a hand-poked tattoo and still have some questions, please feel free to reach out to me on instagram, text, or email! The most important thing to me is that you are confident in the art you choose to adorn your body with!
My home studio is everything I hoped to create! The space is serene, with an endless chorus of songbirds and sweet cane grass, and views of ferns and orchids. The drive can be rocky, so take your time and go at a comfy pace :)
Mulch and Gobi are the shop kitties, and will often pass through. My bunnies also spend time indoors, but the space is thoroughly cleaned often, and always right before an appointment! Please let me know if you have any allergies, or if you'd like to meet them!
